She began her career as a cashier in 1985 and has held various leadership roles, including President of the Northern Division, where she managed 795 stores. With nearly 40 years at the company, Crystal is known for her dedication to The Home Depot's values. She studied business management at the University of Houston.

Tony Levine is a former college football coach who transitioned to becoming the owner/operator of a Chick-fil-A franchise in Houston, Texas. Known for his community impact, Tony partners with a local school program to hire and support employees with disabilities, further enhancing his reputation as a leader committed to diversity and inclusion. After a 25-year coaching career, including head coach at the University of Houston, Tony left coaching to focus on family and new challenges. He now leads a diverse team at Chick-fil-A, applying his passion for team-building and community service.

Gillian is the program manager of the Microsoft Global Workplace Services Supported Employment Program. The mission of the program is to partner with Microsoft vendors and local job coaching agencies to create real job opportunities for persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Gillian is the Chair of the Abilities Employee Business Resource Group for CBRE – Americas. Gillian joined CBRE in 2017, bringing experience in management at a statewide disability rights organization. She created and managed a team responsible for provision of high quality information and advocacy services to people with disabilities in Washington.
